The Role
As Management Accountant, you will:
* Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary
* Deliver budgeting and forecasting processes
* Provide variance analysis and performance reporting to senior stakeholders
* Business partner with operational teams to drive profitability
* Support cost control initiatives and margin improvement
* Assist with cashflow forecasting and financial planning
* Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
* Support year‑end processes and liaise with external auditors

* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
* Strong management accounts experience in a commercial environment

* Strong Excel and systems experience
