Level 3 Teaching Assistant required at a Droylsden (M43) Primary School Start Date: November 2025 Location: Droylsden, Greater Manchester Type: Full-Time, Temporary Monarch Education are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Droylsden (M43) to recruit a committed and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting in November 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled TA to support pupils across the primary phase (EYFS to KS2), including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those requiring targeted intervention support. Key Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - Essential Minimum of 12 months' experience supporting children in a primary school setting Experience working with children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs and social/emotional challenges Proven ability to deliver and support intervention groups (e.g. phonics, literacy, numeracy, social skills) Confidence in adapting to different year groups and classroom environments Strong communication skills and a nurturing, patient approach Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff Role Responsibilities: Provide in-class support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, adapting to the needs of each phase Deliver small group and 1:1 intervention sessions to help close learning gaps Support pupils with SEN, ensuring inclusive access to learning and emotional wellbeing Assist with classroom preparation, resource organisation and pupil engagement Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back to teaching staff and contributing to planning Promote positive behaviour and a safe, stimulating learning environment If you're a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant seeking a new and exciting role within a Droylsden (M43) Primary School then please apply now for immediate consideration!
