Are you an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new challenge? A small, supportive Alternative Provision in Solihull is seeking a strong and proactive HLTA to join their dedicated team.
About the Role:
* Working within a secondary alternative provision setting with small class sizes
* Supporting students with a range of social, emotional and behavioural needs
* Delivering and covering core subjects (English, Maths, Science) in the absence of teachers
* Promoting a positive learning environment and modelling calm, consistent behaviour management
* Collaborating with teachers and support staff to meet students individual needs
What Were Looking For:
* A qualified HLTA or an experienced TA confident in covering whole classes
* Strong behaviour management and resilience in working with challenging behaviour
* Ability to teach and support core subjects confidently
* A caring, adaptable and team-focused approach
