Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders accurately and promptly. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their products in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellence.
Duties
* Process incoming customer orders through the designated systems with precision and attention to detail.
* Verify order information, issuing from Design Package, entering onto Kerridge sales system
* Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
* Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
* Maintain accurate records of all orders processed and update relevant databases as necessary.
* Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to orders in a professional manner.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the order processing team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an order processing or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to order processing.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
