About the Role • Teaching Science across KS3–KS4 (KS5 opportunities as you progress) • Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons with practical investigation at the core • Participating in the full ECT induction programme, including mentoring, observations and coaching • Contributing to Science clubs, competitions and STEM events • Supporting department-wide planning, assessments and curriculum development • Maintaining high standards of behaviour, safety and presentation Experience and Qualifications • Degree in a Science discipline • PGCE with QTS (ECT status) • Strong subject knowledge and passion for scientific learning • Excellent communication and organisation skills Salary Paid to scale – MPS (ECT level).
