Who we're looking for:
Graduates (subject-related degree, advantageous) or professionals from other sectors
Experience working or volunteering with young people (preferred)
Strong communication and enthusiasm for education
Understanding of safeguarding and willingness to complete KCSIE training (mandatory)
Enhanced DBS Check holders will be fast-tracked
