Consultant: HTA Evidence & Meta-Analysis (HTA Statistician)
Location: UK or Europe (Remote)
An opportunity has arisen for a Consultant in HTA Evidence and Meta Analysis to join a global team at the forefront of market access and reimbursement. You will apply advanced statistical methods across international projects to support HTA submissions and payer decision making, working in a collaborative environment with exposure to both technical delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
* Deliver advanced statistical analyses to support HTA and market access strategies
* Conduct evidence synthesis, including NMA, ITC/MTC, MAIC, STC, meta-regression, and Bayesian modelling
* Identify evidence gaps and contribute to the development of evidence generation plans
* Analyse clinical and related datasets, producing clear and robust technical documentation
* Interpret findings and communicate insights effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to methodological development
Requirements
* Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or a related quantitative field
* Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience within pharma, consultancy, CRO, HTA/access, or academia
* Strong understanding of HTA frameworks and payer evidence requirements
* Proficiency in R (experience using Git/GitLab is advantageous)
* Familiarity with SAS, Python, WinBUGS, or JAGS would be beneficial
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
