The Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Leading your team to perform to the best of their abilities
2. Fault finding on electrical components such as sensors, relays, contactors, inverters etc.
3. Repairing mechanical components such as bearings, sprockets, shafts, rollers etc.
4. Working on conveyors, extruders, wire cutters, kilns, packaging machines, robots etc.
5. Promote and encourage a culture of Continuous Improvement
About You
The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will have the following:
6. A recognised engineering qualification
7. Strong experience within a factory environment
8. Maintenance planning, scheduling or some examples of leadership experience
9. A sound understanding of key mechanical and electrical functions
