Location: Romsey, SO51
Salary: A GBP 15 per hour (Time and a half on Bank Holidays)
Hours: Flexible up to a maximum of 20 hours a week (Weekdays and weekends)

The Role
The company is recruiting a Personal Assistant to provide flexible daytime support to a 31-year-old man with an acquired brain injury currently living in a Nursing Home. Following his brain injury, his limitations are cognitive and physical, but he enjoys social interaction and has a great sense of humour.
The role involves encouraging him to engage in social activities, assisting him to access the community, attending a day centre twice a week, supporting his intellectual interests, and providing companionship.
* Assistance with his mobility programme is essential.
* Maximising our client's independence.
* Working closely with the client's clinical team to maintain his physical wellbeing.
Skills and Qualifications
* Dynamic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
* Ability to work independently with the client as well as part of a team
* Up-to-date enhanced DBS check (employer will fund if needed)
* Full driving licence is a MUST
