Overview
Main purpose of the role: Win, Retain & Grow. Responsible for the growth of our overall agent base by delivering consistent increases in sales of our key product range to meet budgeted targets. Identify, develop, own, and deliver growth strategies that expand the agent base and the overall volume of product sales across our proposition. Drive and manage the B2B customer development and new business teams to grow the agent base and increase profitability of existing product lines. Build relationships and identify new market opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. Deliver marketing campaigns to engage customers, obtain feedback, incentivise loyalty and sales. Drive change by communicating issues and owning resolutions.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for overall sales growth across the Letting Agent customer base in line with business targets.
* Proactively maintain and increase the agent base across Barbon by executing a clear strategy to increase sales month on month.
* Identify business initiatives to stimulate engagement from agents and drive profitable growth.
* Manage sales pipelines to achieve targets by understanding customer preferences and maximizing sales performance.
* Increase profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services and maximise the “Fit for the future” proposition.
* Deliver and manage growth campaigns for customer acquisition and product volumes.
* Support in creating and delivering a robust contact and sales strategy across the agent base.
* Identify and analyse key data to evaluate growth initiatives and retention activity with agents.
* Recommend solutions and implement action plans to support agent retention and growth of the agent base.
* Identify, develop, and support agent education and training to maximise use of our proposition.
* Drive individuals to manage their areas effectively by identifying growth opportunities.
* Complete strong performance management processes, including 1-1s, coaching and development plans.
* Set clear goals and objectives that drive team and personal performance.
* Monitor and report on performance against sales targets.
* Ensure FCA compliance by staying up to date with regulatory changes.
* Own monthly reporting to present findings, solutions, and ideas to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.
* Act as a role model within the Sales team and share best practices; embody Barbon values.
* Demonstrate knowledge of current market conditions and key customers in the lettings industry.
* Schedule appropriate sales training and ensure effective implementation.
* Resolve sales complaints and issues, escalating as needed.
* Manage reporting to Sales leadership and senior management to demonstrate value delivered from the sales team and strategic initiatives.
* Update competitor information and share with sales colleagues.
* Accurately use CRM system Salesforce to record activity and progress.
