🔧 Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
* Assist with stock control and kitchen organisation
✅ Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
