What You Will Do
* Inspire learners: Deliver outstanding teaching across Levels 1 to 5 in Health and Social Care.
* Bring learning to life: Combine practical, theoretical, and digital methods to engage students.
* Drive success: Set SMART targets, track progress, and motivate students to reach their full potential.
* Create creative learning resources and collaborate with a motivated team.
Additional Responsibilities
* Play an important role in developing creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and will be responsible for monitoring and tracking learner progress to promote positive outcomes.
* Be an effective and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
* Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, as well as a relevant teaching qualification and assessor award, or be willing to work towards one.
* Have a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards one.
* Bring the subject to life using combined methods of practical, theoretical and digital approaches to engage learners and provide them with the best skills, knowledge and behaviours for the future.
Department Info
You will work as part of the curriculum team at Rotherham and will closely collaborate with Curriculum Team Leaders. You will be line‑managed by the Curriculum Manager and liaise with staff across the Group as well as external suppliers.
