Location Grays SDC01 Data Centre Are you keen on providing excellent customer service and working with multiple teams to help find solutions to problems? Can you deliver service excellence to our customers within a defined framework? We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist to join our operations team on 24x7/365 shift pattern working 12hr rotational shifts based in out strategic Data Centre in Grays. Your primary role will involve providing first line Data Centre support for a range of internal, private and public sector customers to help ensure services remain operational and that incidents are managed promptly within a defined process. Your role will involve dealing directly with customers, you will also work closely with other Data Centre teams and Fujitsu Business units to pro-actively safeguard customer services, maintain Data Centre installation standards and the upkeep of configuration management toolsets.
Good communication skills and to be able to communicate effectively through online toolsets
Knowledge of Data Centre Infrastructure
Have an eye for continuous improvement to help enhance Fujitsu’s Data Centre offering
