Software Developer (Systems Developer)
Are you a problem‑solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and business? Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is looking for an innovative Software Developer to design and implement cutting‑edge digital solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and other business systems.
In this role you’ll own the development lifecycle—from scoping and design to coding, testing, and release management. You’ll act as a product expert, supporting teams with technology adoption and enhancing existing systems. A key part of your role is translating business requirements into smart, scalable solutions while engaging with stakeholders to drive efficiencies. You’ll also collaborate with third‑party vendors, ensuring external developments align with our business needs.
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain digital solutions on Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and related business systems.
* Own the full software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, coding, testing, and release management.
* Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to refine solutions.
* Engage with third‑party vendors and external developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Experience developing solutions in Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and business‑critical systems.
* Strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL, and expertise in API integrations.
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate business needs into technical solutions and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Proactive mindset with experience in Agile development and project management.
