An established public sector organisation is seeking a Finance Officer to join their busy finance team. This organisation provides essential community services and offers a supportive, values driven working environment.
Your new role
As Finance Officer, you will support the delivery of client financial services and ensure accurate processing of financial information. Working as part of a friendly team, your key duties will include:
* Entering and updating client details on internal finance systems.
* Processing payments, invoices, placements, admissions and discharges.
* Managing referrals, issuing financial forms and tracking returns.
* Preparing financial documents, contracts and correspondence.
* Updating internal records.
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 1 year's finance experience
OR
5 GCSEs (A-C) including Maths and English, or equivalent.
* Confident use of Microsoft Excel.
