Are you a high-performing recruiter with a passion for placing senior-level commercial talent? Jo Holdsworth Recruitment (JHR) is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial Division, focusing on mid-to-senior level roles across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and senior office-based positions.
With over two decades of experience, JHR has built a strong reputation across Yorkshire for our commercial expertise and people-first approach. As we continue to grow, we’re now seeking someone with the drive, confidence, and market knowledge to lead from the front.
The Role:
In this commercially focused position, you’ll:
* Take ownership of senior-level commercial recruitment across a range of industries
* Partner with decision-makers to deliver tailored, strategic hiring solutions
* Develop and expand your own client portfolio through proactive business development
* Nurture a strong candidate network across mid–senior commercial roles
* Represent JHR as a trusted advisor in the senior commercial recruitment space
* Proven 360° recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or professional services
* Confidence and credibility when engaging with senior-level clients and candidates
* A consultative, strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
* A self-starter who enjoys autonomy but thrives as part of a high-performing team
* Experience placing roles such as Commercial Managers, Sales Directors, Heads of Operations, or similar is highly desirable
