A) Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, aswell as cold and hot drinks
b) Using a till to take orders and process payments
c) Checking customers identification and age verification
d) Engaging with customers and advising them about current promotions
e) Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
f) Monitoring and replenishing stock levels as needed
g) Serving food from our kitchen and delivering it to guests
h) Clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the dishwasher to ensure ample glassware is available
i) Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
j) Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
k) Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
l) Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
m) Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
