You will ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of cloud support services aligned with business needs and service level expectations. Act as a escalation point within the support framework troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents and service requests related to cloud platforms, infrastructure, and services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to support our end users and first-line engineers The role involves collaborating with internal teams and third-party cloud vendors to ensure timely resolution. It also contributes to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and escalation documentation, enabling more effective first-line response. Key responsibilities for this role may includ e: Provide First and Second Line Cloud Supp ortAct as an initial point of contact for cloud-related support requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing syste ms.Diagnose and resolve common issues related to cloud infrastructure, services, and connectivi ty.Incident Management & Escalat ionLog, categorize, and prioritize Incidents and Service Requests accurate ly.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers or relevant resolver groups while ensuring detailed documentati on.Troubleshoot Cloud Infrastructure Iss uesAssist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azur e).Support performance monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to infrastructure issues proactive ly.Collaboration & Technical Escalation Supp ortWork closely with First Line Support Engineers to guide and support escalated issu es.Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority incidents within S LA.Cloud Service Monitor ingMonitor the health and performance of cloud services using tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or GCP Operations Sui te.Support regular checks and health assessments of cloud-based resources and report anomali es.Documentation and Knowledge Shar ingCreate and maintain documentation for recurring issues, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflo ws.Contribute to the internal knowledge base to support the wider support team in handling common cloud-related issu es.Vendor & Third-Party Coordinat ionLiaise with cloud service providers and third-party vendors for technical support when requir ed.Track and follow up on outstanding vendor tickets to ensure timely resoluti on.Out-of-Hours Incident Supp ortParticipate in an out-of-hours support rota (if applicable), ensuring that incidents are remediated efficient ly. Education and Experi ence0–2 years of experience in an IT support, infrastructure, or cloud-focused role (internships or entry-level roles accepta ble)Exposure to public cloud platforms such as Microsoft A zu re, Amazon Web Services ( AWS), or Google Cloud Platform ( GCP)Familiarity with core infrastructure components includ ing:Virtual machines / compute resou rcesNetworking (DNS, VPNs, subnets, firewalls, load balanc ers)Storage solutions (blob/object storage, file sha res)Identity and access management (IAM, Active Directory, Azure AD, e tc.)Prefer red:Completion o f a foundational cloud certifica tion, such as:AWS Certified Cloud Practiti onerMicrosoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ- 900)Google Cloud Digital Le aderExperience using ticketing and monitoring systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Datadog, Azure Monitor, CloudWa tch)Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management workf lowsFamiliarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus Are you ready to embark on this exciting career opportunity?
