Lighthouse Hotel Management are recruiting for the exciting role of CasualGuest Service Assistant at theHoliday Inn Express Liverpool Central.The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service and have strong administration and computer skills with a good telephone manner, have a positive and confident ‘can do' attitude andbe willing to learn. You will be a team player to assist in all areas of the hotel operation. This exciting role provides an excellent opportunityto join the team and be part of an iconic-branded hotel in a busy competitive market place.

We're looking for an individual who has;

* A proven track record in a similar role
* Good organisation, communication and planning skills gained through previous experience
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
* Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.
* Desire to learn and develop.
* Strong communicator that loves to chat to our guests.
* Someone who comes to work with a smile and want to make sure everyone around you leaves with a smile.
* Smart professional appearance

* Available to work shifts Mon - Sun
NICE TO HAVE:
* Hotel kitchen experience.
* A good working knowledge of hotelsystems is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work under pressure independently.
