Supported by experienced teams, workloads are managed sensibly, and there is a clear commitment to staff wellbeing, long-term retention and career development.As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:Level 2 SurveysLevel 3 Surveys (training provided if necessary)Red Book ValuationsBespoke Building SurveysPrivate and Panel workLiaising with the centralised hub regarding appointmentsMaintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:Minimum AssocRICS or higherProven track record in SurveyingRegistered Valuer StatusUK Driving LicenseStrong attention to detailWhat's on offer?Working hours: remote / WFH basis.
