Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Basingstoke, seeking to appoint a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) from September 2025. The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting is desirable
* A patient, resilient and proactive attitude with a passion for supporting young learners
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* A flexible team player who can work collaboratively across departments
* A genuine interest in education and helping students overcome barriers to learning
