Job Description:
Our client is a well-established property and real estate organization with high-profile commercial M&E and Facilities Management accounts across the UK and globally. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Services Account Director for a prestigious commercial account in Central London. Working Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for delivering a 5-star service, managing M&E maintenance, energy & sustainability initiatives, and soft services across a high-profile building.
You will lead a team of approximately 25 staff, including supervisory, engineering, and support staff, liaising with on-site clients. The salary range is £75,000 - £85,000, complemented by a bonus scheme, pension, and opportunities for training and career development within a market-leading organization.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing M&E or Total Facilities Management in a commercial setting, with experience in managing Landlord Services or M&E/Total FM clients. Relevant training such as ILM Level 3-5, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH, or MIBFM is desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a team of 25 staff
* Overseeing a P&L of approximately £2.5 million
* Delivering planned and reactive M&E maintenance
* Engaging with multiple stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance through auditing
* Implementing energy and sustainability initiatives
* Reducing WIP
* Identifying opportunities for project works
* Succession planning
