This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers support the team in operating the gym successfully, focusing on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside the gym.

Job Description
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working consistently
* Support and train the team in our FUNDAMENTALS sales process to improve confidence and performance
* Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members
* Manage activity planners, ensuring they are thorough and well executed
* Implement strategies to increase lead generation
* Monitor dashboards and KPIs, sharing insights with the team
* Drive revenue across membership sales, products, and secondary streams
* Deliver monthly sales presentations to management
* Build relationships with local businesses for partnerships
* Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor
* Support national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide honest feedback to support team development
* Assist with operational tasks including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
