Location: Bristol
Salary: £26,000 - £38,000 basic salary + excellent market leading benefits package
Excellent APC support with over 90% achieving MRICS qualification in their first submission.
Note: You must have an RICS accredited degree to be considered for this role. Other degree qualifications will not be considered.

The Role
Undertaking a wide range of duties in the ratings team. This graduate opportunity is for a real estate graduate keen to develop a career in general practice surveying. Working with a wide range of clients spanning the public and private sectors (residential developers, local governments, investment and pension funds, large landowners, etc.). Main duties include:
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and prompt resolution of queries.
* Client Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports; attend client meetings to provide updates and insights.
* Tenant Liaison: Manage formal commercial landlord and tenant matters, including applications for assignment, sub-letting, and property alterations.
* Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance, safety, and upkeep of properties.
* Onboarding New Properties: Facilitate the setup of new properties, including documentation, systems integration, and stakeholder coordination.
* Facilities Coordination: Collaborate with building managers and FM teams to address maintenance, repair, and operational issues.
* Service Charge Administration: Oversee service charge budgets, reconciliations, and related communications with tenants and stakeholders.
Role Requirements
* A graduate who has completed an RICS accredited degree.
* A passion for building great relationships with external and internal clients
* A teamplayer
Experience in the commercial real estate sector isn’t essential but would be highly advantageous; remuneration would be reflective of this.
