We are looking for a qualified Tradesperson to undertake repairs and maintenance work in both tenanted and empty properties. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to work within our customers homes for the completion of repair and maintenance works.
You will possess an appropriate trade related City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification, combined with knowledge of general building and construction. You will require a friendly and positive outlook, along with experience of dealing with the public and a full valid driving licence.
