We are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Administrator to join a busy recycling and waste management operation based at Docks Way Recycling Centre in Newport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience within a heavy industry, logistics, recycling, waste management, manufacturing, transport, or industrial environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accurate recording of vehicle movements and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site. * Location: Docks Way Recycling Centre, Docks Way, Newport, NP20 2NS * Hours: Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 15:30, Friday 07:30 – 15:00 (37.5 hours per week) * Contract: 12 Months+ * Pay: £13.26 per hour Key Responsibilities * Operate the site weighbridge system and accurately record vehicle weights. * Process weighbridge tickets and associated documentation. * Maintain accurate electronic and manual records. * Enter data onto company systems with a high level of accuracy. * Welcome and direct drivers, contractors, and visitors to the site. * Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally. * Provide general administrative support, filing, and document management.
