As an Insurance Broker, you will play an important part in driving both service excellence and commercial success. Following up on unconverted quotes, reconnecting with clients, presenting options, dealing with in bound both new & existing, up selling, cross selling. You will manage process and payments, sending out all relevent documents and liaise with all their insurance panel partners.
You will have:
1. Experience in insurance or financial services. (Opportunity to be trained further)
2. Confidence working towards sales or retention targets in a telephone-based environment.
3. Strong customer service skills with excellent attention to detail.
