General Groundworker (Construction/Civils) £38,000-£42,000 + Bonus + Training + Days Based + Overtime Swindon
Are you a Groundworker seeking a hands-on site role where you can gain experience, receive on-the-job training, work overtime, and grow your skills as part of a busy team?

In this hands-on role you will be involved in a range of general groundworks duties including digging trenches, installing pipework, levelling and preparing surfaces, and assisting with concrete works. You will also operate site plant such as dumpers or rollers where required while supporting the wider team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
This role is ideal for a Groundworker with a valid CSCS card and experience on construction or civils sites who is looking for a long-term opportunity with overtime, training, and career development within a growing contractor.
The Role:
* General groundworks including trench digging, pipe laying, and drainage works
* Levelling and preparing ground for construction activities
* Operating site plant such as dumpers or rollers when required
* Monday to Friday, days-based 45 hour week
The Person:
* Experience in groundworks, construction, or civil engineering projects
* Valid CSCS card
* Commutable to Swindon
