To provide senior medical leadership to the Home Treatment Team Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings Medical leadership to the multidisciplinary team. Medical/psychiatric assessments for care planning and risk assessment Formulation and delivery of appropriate pharmacological and psychological interventions to aid recovery. Mental Health Act assessments of patients in contact with the team as well as participation in the daytime Section 12 rota. Completion of administrative tasks necessary for clinical responsibilities.
Liaison with members of other teams eg CMHT, Acute wards, etc Clinical supervision of junior medical staff, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and non-Medical prescribers Teaching Undergraduate Medical students
