We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to help lead our team at one of our lovely country venues. We are looking for a proactive, passionate and charismatic individual to bring their spark into our team.
* Leading staff: Overseeing the work of other team members and ensuring smooth service
* Maintaining inventory: Ensuring the bar has the necessary supplies
* Creating a welcoming atmosphere: Ensuring customers have a positive experience
* Achieving profitability: Working to meet budget goals
* Helping the team improve their service and skills
* Working closely with management
* Having excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience
* Proven supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
* Experience in Bartending
* Strong team management and leadership skills
* Extensive culinary and food safety knowledge
* Excellent communication skills for effective staff interaction
* Background in food preparation and cooking
* Experience in food production and kitchen operations
* Ability to maintain high standards of service and hospitality
Hours: 25-40 hours per week
Starte Date: Between 8-15 September
