School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences – Part-time (18.5 hours per week, 0.5 FTE); open-ended contract. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team and play a key role in delivering an excellent student experience. This front-line role involves implementing School and University policies and supporting students throughout their academic journey. Working as part of the taught student and programme administration team, you will take the lead on administrative support for our taught programmes, ensuring the smooth delivery of services across the academic cycle.
This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone with:
* A strong background in programme administration within Higher Education
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
* The ability to handle complex situations with professionalism
* A meticulous eye for detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
The role is primarily campus-based, with some flexibility for home working depending on business needs. Occasional weekend work may be required to support student recruitment events (with advance notice).
