We are looking for compassionate and reliable Night Relief Care Workers to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care during night-time hours. This role offers flexible night work while ensuring residents receive consistent care and reassurance overnight.
What your night could look like
1. Providing personal care and practical support throughout the night
2. Supporting residents with comfort, mobility and night-time routines
3. Monitoring wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes or concerns
4. Assisting with medication in line with training and procedures
5. Maintaining accurate records and clear handovers
6. Working as part of the night team to ensure a calm and safe environment
7. Following care plans and organisational policies at all times
About you
You will bring a caring and reliable approach and feel comfortable working in a care environment overnight. Experience in a care or support role is welcome, but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will either hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it. You are able to work independently at night while remaining a strong team player. You will be registered with the SSSC or willing to register, and appointment to this role will be subject to PVG membership.
