Here’s what you can look forward to:
1. Competitive Salary: £24,860.25 to £26,622.00 (depending on experience and qualifications)
2. Enhanced Pay: Additional pay for weekends and overtime!
1. Weekend shifts paid at 1.3x your basic rate
2. Bank holidays paid up to 3x your basic rate
3. Shift Flexibility: Full-time (37.5 hours) with a mix of early (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) and late (2:00 pm - 9:30 pm) shifts, with weekends off (just 2 out of 4 weekends required)
4. Work Environment: An incredible site at Warford, a truly amazing place to work
5. Your Time Off: 28 days annual leave
6. Health & Wellbeing: Access to on-site gym and swimming pool, staff physio, counsellor, and employee assistance program
7. Paid DBS and Training
8. Pension Scheme with up to 6% contributions
9. Career Development: Opportunities for NVQs, career progression, and financial support for further education
