The role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

1. Supporting the Customer Service Supervisor to maximise resource utilisation
2. Ensuring tasks meet cost, time and quality standards
3. Promoting safe working practices aligned with company policies
4. Responding to service enquiries professionally and efficiently
5. Creating accurate work orders for maintenance teams and liaising with Planning

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 weeks in Faslane, 1 week in Coulport and 1 week working from home.

Essential experience of the Customer Service Administrator

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
7. Experience with IFS (advantageous)

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
