Role
As Assistant Care Manager, youll support the Registered Manager and lead a dedicated care team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Youll work closely with our specialist support services and play a key role in staff development, service delivery, and maintaining care standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations and lead in the Managers absence
* Supervise and mentor care staff
* Ensure compliance with care plans and policies
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing through person-centred activities
* Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals
What youll need
* QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Experience in residential care and managing challenging behaviours
* Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills
