We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our clients.
What we require from you:
We cover a range of areas across Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wroughton, Cricklade, Highworth Purton and all villages in between so you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Pay and benefits:
* Excellent Care Assistant training programme
* Regular support, training and supervision
* Excellent pay rates up to £14.65 per hour and double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

* 40p a mile mileage payment
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care
* Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment
* Administer or prompt medication as per care plans
* Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Assist with light domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry
* Maintain clear, accurate records of care provided
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
