Job Responsibility

Your main duties will include

Purchase invoice processing and purchase ledger management

Reconciling supplier statement and resolving queries

Raising Sales invoices, processing payments and credit control

Managing the sub-contractor application process

Control Accounts

Monthly Projections

Calculating Accruals/Prepayments

. Monthly Accounts Preparation and analysis

Skills/Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of the following;

Assisting with monthly management accounts production

Posting journals

Control Accounts

Credit Control

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage 200

. The ability to work on own initiative and adhere to deadlines is essential
