A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the multiprofessional Older Peoples Community Mental Health Team based in Bonnyrigg Heath Centre. As this post is part‑time, the salary will be pro‑rata.
About The Role
As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in developing our Dementia and Mental Health Services to improve patient outcomes and experiences. You will be expected to assess the functional impact of both physical and mental health. Working in partnership with colleagues, as part of the multi‑disciplinary team, you will manage a caseload, using evidence‑based principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions in the community.

What We're Looking For
* A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Experience working with Older Adults, ideally with a focus on dementia care and/or Mental Health.
