The Role:
As a Senior UC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the Unified Communications (UC) landscape within a secure defence environment. You will lead technical aspects of UC operations and serve as a subject matter expert for Cisco UC technologies, providing both L2 and L3 support. This role also includes mentorship of junior technicians and participation in an on-call service rota.
