Design, plan, document, implement and configure technical solutions in line with project needs and industry best practice. Provide technical input for estimating, scoping, Statements of Work, and both normal and emergency change requests. Support the transition of solutions into live service, including documentation, process development, training, and knowledge transfer. Maintain consistent deployment practices across customers and projects. Collaborate closely with project managers, providing clear technical insight to support planning and delivery.
