Solicitor / Senior Solicitor - Private Client (NQ to 4 years) Glasgow / Edinburgh, Hybrid Working Full Time, Permanent A leading Scottish law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor or Senior Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE) to join its highly ranked Private Client team. Working alongside experienced partners and specialists, this is an exciting opportunity to advise a wide range of clients from individuals and families to trustees and executors, on matters that truly shape their futures. About the Role Draft wills, powers of attorney, and other key private client documents. Advise on trust and executry administration, as well as estate planning for high-net-worth clients. Handle cross-border succession and tax matters, working with international advisers. Support clients after personal injury claims, including setting up and administering personal injury trusts. Advise on adults with incapacity issues, including guardianships. Take a leading role in managing client relationships, providing empathetic and practical solutions. Mentor trainees and junior colleagues, and deliver training within the team. Play an active role in business development, contributing to the growth of this top-ranked practice. Candidate Profile Qualified Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE) with a genuine interest in private client work. Strong technical knowledge and a solution-focused approach to complex issues. Confident communicator, able to tailor advice sensitively to client needs. Ability to commute to a central Scotland office (with potential flexibility across other locations).
