Electrical Estimator Location: Kent Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Package (DOE) Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Role Summary An Electrical Estimator is required to join a growing and well-established electrical contractor delivering fit-out, construction, and NHS projects across the South East. This role would suit either an experienced Electrical Estimator or a qualified electrician looking to progress off the tools into a pre-construction/estimating position. The successful candidate will be office-based in Westerham with occasional client and site visits as required. Key Responsibilities Prepare electrical estimates and tender submissions Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Produce take-offs and pricing for labour, materials, and subcontractors Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations Attend client meetings and occasional site visits Assist with value engineering opportunities Work closely with operational and commercial teams Support projects from enquiry through to handover Requirements Qualified electrician background preferred Previous estimating experience beneficial but not essential Strong understanding of electrical installations Experience within fit-out, commercial, construction, or NHS environments preferred Good communication and organisational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Full UK driving licence Project & Sector Experience Commercial fit-out Construction projects NHS / healthcare environments Typical project values from £50k - £1m Package & Benefits Salary £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience Long-term progression opportunities Supportive team environment Stable pipeline of projects Office-based role with client interaction
