Royalties is responsible for the financial side of our contracts with authors. Sub-Rights looks after the licences we issue to other publishers. Working in our central shared services team, the purpose of the Assistant is to provide administrative support for the royalties and sub-rights operations at Pan Macmillan. About You You will be an organised individual who takes great pride in meeting deadlines and who can show dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of our customers and stakeholders. After training, you will be responsible for dealing with straightforward queries from verifying contract data and entry into our Biblio system, to responding to requests for information by email.
