We’re an expanding team of digital specialists atTechcare Digital, and we’re looking for a Video Producer to join us as we continue to grow.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning projects, shaping creative ideas, and working closely with clients. While this is primarily a producer role, experience filming and/or editing is a strong bonus and helps add flexibility within our growing video offering.
What you’ll be doing
Video Producer
Hybrid: (1 day per week in Cannock, Staffordshire)
Salary: £35,000 PA
* Owning video projects from brief through to delivery
* Managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows (we use Monday.com)
* Acting as the main point of contact for video clients
* Turning client objectives into clear, creative briefs
* Collaborating with freelancers, videographers, editors, and our internal team
* Reviewing edits and providing thoughtful, constructive feedback
* Supporting and attending shoot days when required
* Leading interviews and helping clients feel confident on set
* Filming and/or editing when needed to support delivery
* Working with and maintaining our Sony camera kit

* Experience producing or managing video projects
* Strong communication and organisation skillsGood understanding of video production workflows
* Confidence working with clients and creatives
* Filming and/or editing experience (Premiere Pro) is a bonus
