* Pay enhanced rates for NVQ’s.
* Ensuring you have the same people to support on a daily basis.
The Role of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by supporting them with daily tasks.
* Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, etc.
* Supporting with medication administration.
* Supporting with meal preparation.
* Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., shopping, activities, trips.
* Supporting with day‑to‑day household duties.
* Supporting with any other daily routines the people we support have.
