The Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor or existing Senior Associate to join a high-performing national team from the Birmingham office. The role involves advising a dynamic client base on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and shareholder agreements. The successful candidate will run transactions, mentor junior team members, and support the wider strategic growth of the Birmingham corporate offering.
Responsibilities
* Run transactions and manage deal processes from start to finish.
* Advise on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, and shareholder agreements.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
* Support the strategic growth of the Birmingham corporate offering.
The Candidate
* Applications are invited from experienced Corporate Solicitors with at least 4 years PQE.
* Strong background in all types of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, shareholder agreements.
* Experience gained in a recognised City, national, or highly regarded regional practice is expected.
* An interest in business development and mentoring junior lawyers is highly desirable.
