Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspector to join our growing team in Redditch. This is a key role within operations, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance before reaching our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products and components
* Ensure all items meet internal quality standards and customer specifications
* Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
* Identify defects and non-conformances, escalating issues where necessary
* Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
Requirements
* Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic computer skills for recording and reporting data
* Knowledge of quality standards and inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) is advantageous
