About the Roles We are seeking six part-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join the team, supporting pupils across small classes and specialist learning spaces. Although part-time vacancies are available, the roles follow a full-time school day. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN Assist teachers with structured learning and adapted activities Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour Promote communication, independence and social development Contribute to a safe, calm and supportive classroom environment Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists and pastoral teams Essential Experience Applicants must have: A minimum of 6 months childcare experience, ideally within SEN settings An understanding of supporting children with additional needs A patient, empathetic and proactive approach A genuine passion for helping young learners thrive Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
