Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution & Technical Leadership
* Partner with Product Management to define product scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
* Lead the planning and execution of engineering efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to define, review, and implement scalable technical solutions.
* Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and communication plans.
* Balance delivery of new features with managing technical debt and system maintainability.
* Facilitate architecture and design discussions, particularly in the domain of mobile app security.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging best practices into team workflows.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
* 8+ years of experience in software and/or data engineering roles.
* 4+ years of hands-on programming experience in C++
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven experience leading large, distributed teams working on complex systems.
* Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in C++.
* Strong grasp of security principles and secure coding best practices.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with reverse engineering and debugging tools (desiribel).
* Familiarity with mobile app development and tools such as Xcode and Android Studio (desribile).
