Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents alike. a minimum of 1-2 proven house keeping experience. Working schedule of mornings, including weekends, bank holiday and covering any holiday or sickness.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
* Replace linens, towels, and other amenities as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
* Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to uphold hygiene standards throughout the premises.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist in inventory management by monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying supervisors when restocking is necessary.
* Uphold the principles of hospitality by providing exceptional service to guests while respecting their privacy and preferences.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a hotel environment is essential and a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
